We are an industrial design studio. Our strength is understanding challenges, defining the right problems to solve, and bringing creative solutions to life. We design for the Arts of Daily Living.

We bring decades of making, prototyping, engineering, manufacturing, observation, and collaboration to the work. Our practice is guided by Master Tradition, Open Mode, Curious Play, and Build to Learn—in pursuit of Truth and Beauty, and in service of a better human experience.

Our connection to Herman Miller seating runs through decades of work with Bill Stumpf. Bill co-designed Aeron with Don Chadwick. Jeff Weber, who leads Studio Weber today, went on to develop Embody’s function and form from the ideas he and Bill explored together. That shared attention to the human body—and to learning through physical prototypes—continues in our Minneapolis studio.

In June 2026, Herman Miller reported more than 9 million Aeron chairs sold since its 1994 introduction.
